The control module is used for determining a first safety distance corresponding to the electric field intensity information, determining a second spacing distance between an operation bucket of the high-altitude operation equipment and an obstacle according to the first image, and determining a target spacing distance based on the first spacing distance and the second spacing distance; when it is determined that the target interval distance exceeds the first safety distance, early warning information used for indicating that the interval between the high-altitude operation equipment and the obstacle is too close is output, and the target interval distance is jointly determined through the first interval distance obtained through direct measurement and the second interval distance obtained based on the first image; the accuracy of the target spacing distance is improved, and the first safety distance is determined through the electric field intensity information, so that the flexibility of the first safety distance in different scenes can be improved, and the accuracy of early warning information is improved.
