The shock absorber includes: a shock absorber cylinder having a first space and a second space; the piston valve is slidably arranged along the first space and divides the first space into a first cavity and a second cavity, and the first cavity is communicated with the second space; the first damping valve comprises a first inlet and a first outlet, and the first inlet is in one-way communication with the first outlet; the second damping valve comprises a second inlet and a second outlet, and the second inlet is in one-way communication with the second outlet; and the compression module divides the second cavity into a first sub-cavity and a second sub-cavity, and the second sub-cavity is used for storing gas, so that the second sub-cavity can be compressed or expanded along with the change of the pressure intensity of the first sub-cavity.
