When a vehicle drives stably, the movable damping block is positioned in the middle, and the damping force is relatively small; and when the vehicle suffers a relatively great impact, the movable damping block is positioned on the upper part or the lower part of the shell, the damping force is relatively large, so that the impact and the interference from a pavement can be well attenuated, and thus the damping force can be automatically adjusted according to the change of the vibration amplitude of the shock absorber.
