The invention relates to the field of hoisting equipment, in particular to a self-balancing pneumatic cantilever hoisting device which comprises a stand column mechanism, a main arm mechanism connected to the stand column mechanism, a folding arm mechanism connected to the main arm mechanism, a pneumatic mechanism and a pulley mechanism connected to the folding arm mechanism, and the pneumatic mechanism is connected with one end of a hoisting steel wire rope wound on the pulley mechanism. The other end of the hoisting wire rope is connected with the hook. According to the invention, the main arm mechanism can rotate on the stand column mechanism, the folding arm mechanism can rotate on the main arm mechanism, and the rotation range of the main arm mechanism and the rotation range of the folding arm mechanism are combined, so that the 360-degree full coverage of the working range can be realized; the hoisting range is wide, and the production requirement of a workshop can be effectively met; and moreover, the weights of different objects can be detected during hoisting, so that the hoisting device can be ensured to operate in a safe load range, the accident risk caused by overload is reduced, and safe carrying and hoisting of the objects with different weights are realized.
