The invention relates to a pure electric vehicle crawling anti-slope-sliding combined control method applied to a vehicle control unit. The method comprises the following steps that S1, whether the rotating speed n of a driving motor allows a vehicle to creep or prevent slope sliding or not is judged; s2, judging whether the vehicle creeping or slope slipping prevention is pre-enabled or not; s3, judging whether the vehicle is enabled to creep or anti-slip; s4, solving values of a and b in the discrete PI algorithm; s5, adjusting PI output of the VCU by using a discrete PI algorithm; s6, multiplying the discrete PI output by an output torque result of the driving motor characteristic curve to obtain a preliminary output torque T; and S7, the initial output torque is further limited, and finally, the limited final output torque Tresult is sent to a driving motor and a gearbox in the form of CAN message information. According to the pure electric vehicle crawling anti-slope-sliding combined control method applied to the vehicle control unit, the flexibility of the pure electric vehicle crawling and anti-slope-sliding control method is optimized, and the stability of the control method is guaranteed.

    本发明涉及应用于整车控制器的纯电车蠕行防溜坡联合控制方法,其包括如下步骤:S1、判断驱动电机转速n是否允许车辆蠕行或防溜坡;S2、判断车辆蠕行或防溜坡是否预使能;S3、判断车辆蠕行或防溜坡是否使能;S4、求取离散PI算法中的a和b的值;S5、用离散PI算法调节VCU的PI输出;S6、将离散PI输出和驱动电机特性曲线的输出转矩结果相乘得到初步输出转矩T;S7、对初步输出转矩进一步限制,最后将限制后的最终输出转矩Tresult以CAN报文信息的形式发给驱动电机和变速箱。该应用于整车控制器的纯电车蠕行防溜坡联合控制方法,优化纯电车蠕行和防溜坡控制方法的灵活度,并保证控制方法的稳定性。
