The invention relates to a low-speed creeping control method for a pure electric commercial vehicle. The low-speed creeping control method comprises the steps that whether the current vehicle meets a low-speed creeping mode or not is judged; the initial target vehicle speed TargV0 of low-speed crawling is set according to the opening degree of a brake pedal; calculating a final target vehicle speed TargV1 of vehicle operation according to the TargV0; an initial creeping torque CreepTq0 is calculated by using an incremental PID (Proportion Integration Differentiation); the CreepTq0 is sent to a speed limiting module to be processed, and CreepTq1 is calculated; the CreepTq1 is subjected to low-pass filtering processing, and finally, the required torque CreepTq2 of low-speed creeping is calculated; the problem of slope sliding is solved to a certain extent, and the risk that a motor system is damaged due to over-temperature caused by locked-rotor when a vehicle is parked on a slope can be avoided.

    本发明涉及一种用于纯电动商用汽车的低速蠕行控制方法:包括判断当前车辆是否满足低速蠕行模式;根据制动踏板开度设定低速蠕行的初始目标车速TargV0;根据TargV0计算车辆运行的最终目标车速TargV1;利用增量式PID计算初始蠕行扭矩CreepTq0;对CreepTq0送入限速模块进行处理,计算出CreepTq1;将CreepTq1进行低通滤波处理,最终计算出低速蠕行的需求扭矩CreepTq2;在一定程度上解决溜坡问题,可避免车辆驻坡时电机系统因堵转而过温损坏的风险。
