The invention belongs to the technical field of vehicle control, and discloses an air suspension air supply system for a new energy vehicle and a working method of the air suspension air supply system. In the air suspension air supply system, an inlet of an air compressor is used for sucking in external air or air in the system, is communicated with an air storage tank through a first electromagnetic valve, and is communicated with a fifth electromagnetic valve, a sixth electromagnetic valve, a seventh electromagnetic valve and an eighth electromagnetic valve through a third electromagnetic valve; an outlet of the air compressor is communicated with a fifth electromagnetic valve, a sixth electromagnetic valve, a seventh electromagnetic valve and an eighth electromagnetic valve through a drying filter and a third electromagnetic valve; one side of the second electromagnetic valve is communicated with a communication pipeline between the drying filter and the third electromagnetic valve, and the other side of the second electromagnetic valve is communicated with the gas storage tank; and one side of the fourth electromagnetic valve is communicated with a communication pipeline between the air compressor and the drying filter, and the other side of the fourth electromagnetic valve is communicated with an emptying end. The response speed, the charging efficiency and the comfort of the air suspension system can be improved, and the service life of the air suspension system can be prolonged.

    本发明属于车辆控制技术领域,公开了一种用于新能源车的空气悬架供气系统及其工作方法;所述空气悬架供气系统中,空气压缩机的进口用于吸入外界空气或系统内气体,还经第一电磁阀与储气罐相连通,还经第三电磁阀与第五电磁阀、第六电磁阀、第七电磁阀和第八电磁阀相连通;空气压缩机的出口经干燥过滤器、第三电磁阀与第五电磁阀、第六电磁阀、第七电磁阀和第八电磁阀相连通;第二电磁阀的一侧与干燥过滤器和第三电磁阀之间的连通管道相连通,另一侧与储气罐相连通;第四电磁阀的一侧与空气压缩机和干燥过滤器之间的连通管道相连通,另一侧与排空端相连通。本发明可提升空气悬架系统的响应速度、充注效率、舒适性及使用寿命。
