The invention provides a large-dip-angle blind inclined shaft reverse construction device and method. An ore raking winch is arranged at the top of an inclined shaft, and rock slag is filled into a side dumping type mine car located at a rock slag loading position through the ore raking winch and an electric rock raking machine; downwards transporting the side-dumping mine car filled with rock slag to a slag-dumping draw shaft along the track through a mine elevator arranged at the bottom of the inclined shaft and traction of a steel wire rope; a compartment is automatically tipped over through a side dumping type mine car by means of an unloading bent rail, so that rock slag unloading is achieved; and the traction direction of the steel wire rope is changed through a reverse lifting guide system, the unloaded side unloading type mine car is lifted upwards to a loading position along a rail arranged in the inclined shaft, and the next round of rock slag loading is carried out. The large-dip-angle long-distance blind inclined shaft reverse construction method has the technical effects of high efficiency, high safety and low cost of large-dip-angle long-distance blind inclined shaft reverse construction, and has important practical value for deep well mine construction.

    本发明提供一种大倾角盲斜井反向施工装置及其方法,在斜井的顶部设置耙矿绞车,利用耙矿绞车和电动耙岩机将岩渣装填至位于岩渣装载位处的侧卸式矿车中;通过设置在斜井的底部的矿用提升机以钢丝绳牵引将装满岩渣的侧卸式矿车沿着轨道向下运输至卸渣溜井处;通过侧卸式矿车利用卸载曲轨进行车厢自动倾翻以实现岩渣卸载后;利用反向提升导向系统改变所述钢丝绳的牵引方向,将卸载后的侧卸式矿车沿着设置在所述斜井中的轨道向上提升至装载位处,进行下一轮岩渣装载。本发明实现了大倾角长距离盲斜井反向施工的高效率、高安全性和低成本,对于深井矿山建设施工具有重要的实用价值的技术效果。
