The problem that when a conventional main draw shaft is matched with branch draw shafts for ore drawing, the lower branch draw shafts cannot be used due to the fact that the main draw shaft is full is solved, the lifting efficiency of the blind main shaft is improved, and later production organization is facilitated.
本发明公开了一种优化的盲提升井施工方法,包括如下步骤:施工部分永久工程和凿井措施工程,形成凿井条件;进行井筒及溜矿系统施工;完成井筒装备、溜矿系统及提升系统安装,形成提升能力。本发明通过永久提升设备设施进行凿井作业,减少了常规凿井提升机、天轮和矿仓与永久提升机、天轮和矿仓的转换时间,节省了施工工期,同时分段“瀑布式”溜井系统配合坐式振动放矿机控制实现多中段同步入料,解决了常规主溜井配合分支溜井溜矿时下部分支溜井因主溜井满仓无法使用的问题,提高了盲主井的提升效率,便于后期生产组织。
