The invention provides an underwater exploration and operation collaborative robot and a control method. The robot comprises an underwater robot body; the electric telescopic rod is arranged at the execution end of the underwater robot body; the plurality of operation modules are detachably arranged at the tail end of the electric telescopic rod through a quick disassembly tool; the adsorption device is slidably arranged on the electric telescopic rod and is used for providing stable support for the operation module; the image acquisition module at least comprises two underwater industrial cameras, one underwater industrial camera is used for acquiring an underwater working environment so as to plan a working path, and the other underwater industrial camera is used for monitoring underwater exploration and working conditions in real time and uploading the underwater exploration and working conditions to the cloud to establish a digital file; the controller is used for controlling the mechanical arm and the electric telescopic rod to cooperatively act, so that the operation module can efficiently execute the operation task; the underwater operation capability, the operation efficiency and the operation stability can be effectively improved.

    本发明提供一种水下探索与作业协作机器人及控制方法,机器人包括水下机器人本体;设置在水下机器人本体执行端的电动伸缩杆;若干个作业模块,通过快拆工装可拆卸设置在电动伸缩杆的末端;吸附装置,可滑动设置在电动伸缩杆上,用于为作业模块提供稳定支撑;图像获取模块,至少包括两个水下工业摄像头,其中一个水下工业摄像头用于获取水下作业环境以便规划作业路径,另外一个水下工业摄像头用于水下探索和作业情况进行实时监测并上传云端建立数字化档案;控制器,用于控制机械臂和电动伸缩杆协同动作,以便可使所述作业模块高效执行作业任务;本发明能够有效提升水下作业能力、作业效率以及作业稳定性。
