The invention provides an on-orbit confrontation device based on kinetic energy, which comprises a driving mechanism, a first synchronous wheel is rotatably arranged in a motor seat, and a driving gear is connected with an output shaft of a motor; a main shaft is arranged in the cartridge mechanism testing shell, a second synchronous wheel is arranged on the main shaft, and a synchronous belt is connected between the second synchronous wheel and the first synchronous wheel; the test shell is provided with an emission port; the invention discloses a rotational acceleration kinetic energy on-orbit confrontation load device. The invention provides an on-orbit confrontation device based on kinetic energy, and according to the fact that the maximum constraint of the kinetic energy on-orbit confrontation load function limited by space combat is input power, power distribution needs to be optimized possibly so as to maximize the efficiency of the kinetic energy on-orbit confrontation load device.
