The invention provides a tunnel steel arch hoisting and transferring frame and a control system.The tunnel steel arch hoisting and transferring frame comprises a hoisting and transferring frame main body frame, a steel arch transferring channel is arranged in the Y-axis direction of the hoisting and transferring frame main body frame, and the steel arch transferring channel is divided into a steel arch transferring area and a steel arch storage rack transferring area; the hoisting transfer frame main body frame is respectively provided with a track beam on the left side and the right side of the top of the steel arch transfer channel, the steel arch hoisting devices are arranged in the steel arch transfer areas corresponding to the two track beams, and the steel arch storage rack hoisting devices are arranged in the steel arch storage rack transfer areas corresponding to the two track beams. Synchronous operation of hoisting, storing and transferring of the steel arches is achieved, safe transferring of the steel arches is achieved, and meanwhile the transferring efficiency is improved.
