The invention discloses an auxiliary hoisting method for tunnel steel arches. The auxiliary hoisting method comprises the steps that a plurality of steel arches are placed in notches of an inverted-U-shaped fixing frame side by side; a lifting rope is wound on the pulley block, one end of the lifting rope is connected with a tensioning device, a connecting circular ring is installed at the other end of the lifting rope, and the end, provided with the connecting circular ring, of the lifting rope penetrates through the gap between the steel arches and extends to the bottoms of the steel arches; the two steel pipes penetrate through the corresponding connecting rings at the two ends of the fixing frame respectively, and annular baffles are installed at the two ends of the steel pipes; the lifting device is connected with the tensioning device, the tensioning device is lifted, and the lifting rope is tensioned, so that the steel pipe and the fixing frame clamp the steel arch frame between the steel pipe and the fixing frame; the annular baffles at the two ends of the steel pipes are detached, the steel pipes are pulled out of the connecting rings, and the connecting rings and the lifting ropes are taken out of gaps between the steel arches; and all the steel arches are hoisted to designated positions. The invention has the advantages that the hoisting does not need any welding, the operation is simple, and the repeated use can be realized.

    本发明公开了一种隧道钢拱架辅助吊装方法,包括:将若干钢拱架并排放置在倒U型的固定架的槽口内;将吊绳缠绕在滑轮组上,将吊绳的一端同拉紧装置连接,并在吊绳的另一端上安装连接圆环,使吊绳的安装有连接圆环的一端穿过钢拱架之间的缝隙并延伸至钢拱架底部;将两根钢管分别穿过固定架两端对应的连接圆环,并在钢管的两端安装圆环形挡板;将吊装装置同拉紧装置连接,起吊拉紧装置,吊绳拉紧,使得钢管和固定架将其两者中间的钢拱架夹紧;拆下钢管两端的圆环形挡板,将钢管从连接圆环内抽出,并将连接圆环和吊绳从钢拱架之间的缝隙内取出;直至将所有的钢拱架吊装到指定位置。本发明的优点是:吊装无需任何焊接,操作简单,可反复使用。
