The invention provides a sucker bridge crane for hoisting pipe sheets. The sucker bridge crane comprises a bridge frame, a hoisting mechanism, a sucker hanger and an anti-swing mechanism, the bridge frame is connected to the steel rail and can move along the steel rail, and the lifting mechanism is installed on the bridge frame, connected with the suction cup lifting tool through a steel rope and used for driving the suction cup lifting tool to ascend and descend; the anti-swing mechanism comprises a first anti-swing connecting piece fixedly installed at the bottom of the lifting mechanism and a second anti-swing connecting piece installed at the top of the suction cup lifting tool, and the first anti-swing connecting piece and the second anti-swing connecting piece are connected, can relatively slide in the vertical direction and are relatively limited in the horizontal direction. When the lifting mechanism drives the suction cup lifting appliance to ascend and descend, the first anti-swing connecting piece and the second anti-swing connecting piece can relatively slide in the vertical direction, and ascending and descending of the suction cup lifting appliance are not affected; meanwhile, due to the fact that the first anti-swing connecting piece and the second anti-swing connecting piece are relatively limited in the horizontal direction, when the bridge moves, the suction cup lifting appliance cannot swing left and right, lifting safety is guaranteed, and lifting efficiency is improved.

    本发明提供一种用于吊运管片的吸盘桥式起重机:包括桥架、起升机构、吸盘吊具和防摇机构;桥架连接于钢轨上,且可沿钢轨移动,起升机构安装于桥架上,并通过钢绳与吸盘吊具连接,用以驱动吸盘吊具升降;防摇机构包括固定安装于起升机构底部的第一防摇连接件及安装于吸盘吊具顶部的第二防摇连接件,第一防摇连接件与第二防摇连接件连接,且可沿垂直方向相对滑动,并沿水平方向相对限位。当起升机构驱动吸盘吊具升降时,第一防摇连接件与第二防摇连接件会沿垂直方向相对滑动,不影响吸盘吊具的升降;同时由于第一防摇连接件与第二防摇连接件沿水平方向相对限位,故在桥架移动时,吸盘吊具不会左右摇摆,保证起吊安全,并提升起吊效率。
