Comprising a container and a rack which are connected through a swing joint, balance oil cylinders are arranged on the two sides of a swing shaft of the swing joint, the upper ends of the balance oil cylinders are hinged to the container, and the lower ends of the balance oil cylinders are hinged to the rack; the balance oil cylinders located on the same side of the swing shaft are connected with the same self-adaptive horizontal controller, the self-adaptive horizontal controller comprises a balance oil cylinder control valve, a follower and a transmission mechanism, the balance oil cylinder control valve and the transmission mechanism are installed on the machine frame, one end of the follower is connected with the container, and the other end of the follower is connected with the transmission mechanism. The output end of the transmission mechanism can adjust opening and closing of the balance oil cylinder control valve. Passive self-adaptive transverse gradient balance adjustment of the cargo box is achieved through the mechanical hydraulic system, only hydraulic system power arranged on a vehicle needs to be used, and a power source and a complex sensor control circuit do not need to be additionally arranged.

    本发明属于煤矿井下辅助运输装备领域,具体涉及一种无源矿用车辆货箱自适应水平悬挂系统;包括货箱和机架,货箱和机架之间通过摆动关节连接,摆动节点的摆动轴两侧布置有平衡油缸,平衡油缸的上端与货箱铰接、下端与机架铰接;位于摆动轴同侧的平衡油缸连接同一个自适应水平控制器,自适应水平控制器包括平衡油缸控制阀、随动件和传动机构,平衡油缸控制阀和传动机构安装在机架上,随动件的一端与货箱相连、另一端与传动机构相连,传动机构的输出端能够调节平衡油缸控制阀的开合;本发明通过机械液压系统实现了货箱的无源自适应横向坡度平衡调节,仅需借助车辆自身所配备的液压系统动力,无需额外增加动力源与复杂的传感器控制电路。
