The invention relates to the technical field of planet exploration, in particular to a passive self-adaptive planet exploration vehicle. The damping mechanism comprises at least two dampers; the swing structure comprises at least two swing arms; the middle of each swing arm is rotationally connected with the vehicle body, one end of each swing arm is used for being connected with a wheel, and the other end of each swing arm is connected with the corresponding shock absorber in a one-to-one correspondence mode. One end of each shock absorber is movably connected with the corresponding swing arm, and the other end of each shock absorber is in transmission connection with the other shock absorbers through the suspension mechanism. When one side of the vehicle body is stressed, at least two shock absorbers can be used for shock absorption, the shock amplitude of one side of the vehicle body can be reduced, the stability of one side of the vehicle body is guaranteed, and therefore the stability of the passive self-adaptive planet probe vehicle in the running process is guaranteed.
