The invention discloses an electric vehicle control method for tire burst stable control, a vehicle controller and an electric vehicle, relates to the field of new energy automobiles, and can be applied to pure electric vehicles and hybrid vehicles. The control method is used for controlling the electric vehicle when one wheel bursts in the running process that the speed of the electric vehicle is larger than the preset speed. The control method comprises the steps that at the first moment after tire burst of one wheel of the electric vehicle occurs, the driving torque of the wheel is controlled to be reduced, and the braking force output by the braking system of the electric vehicle to the wheel is controlled to be reduced. According to the scheme, the torque and the braking force are rapidly adjusted, the driving torque and the braking force are rapidly reset, the lateral force friction limit is fully utilized, sufficient allowance is provided for steering lateral force, direction stability control is facilitated, and the vehicle safety is improved.
