The invention relates to an automatic protection device for transformer part transportation and a control method thereof.The automatic protection device comprises an electric hydraulic rod, an upper plate, a lower plate, a fixing plate, a lifting plate, a reinforcing plate, an impact recorder, a PLC system and a pressure sensor, the electric hydraulic rod is fixed to the lower end of the reinforcing plate, and the upper plate and the lower plate are placed at the upper end and the lower end of a transportation part correspondingly; the fixing plate is arranged on the periphery between the upper plate and the lower plate, the lifting plate is arranged at the upper end of the reinforcing plate, the reinforcing plate is arranged at the lower end of the lower plate, the upper plate, the lower plate, the fixing plate and the reinforcing plate are connected into a whole through bolts, the impact recorder is arranged at the upper end of the upper plate, the PLC system is installed at one end of the reinforcing plate, and the pressure sensor is installed in a gap between a transportation component and the fixing plate. During transportation, the pressure sensor monitors the stress condition in real time and feeds back the stress condition to the PLC system, the PLC system controls the electric hydraulic rod to ascend and descend, it is ensured that the impact force borne by the transportation component during transportation under all the road conditions is not larger than a set value, and therefore it is ensured that the transportation component is intact.

    本发明涉及一种变压器部件运输的自动保护装置及其控制方法,包括电动液压杆、上板、下板、固定板、起吊板、加强板、冲击记录仪、PLC系统和压力传感器,电动液压杆固定在加强板下端,上板和下板分别放置在运输部件的上端和下端,固定板设置在上板和下板之间的四周,起吊板设置在加强板上端,加强板设置在下板下端,上板、下板、固定板和加强板通过螺栓连接为一体,冲击记录仪设置在上板上端,PLC系统安装在加强板一端,压力传感器安装在运输部件与固定板的间隙,运输时压力传感器实时监测受力情况并反馈至PLC系统,PLC系统控制电动液压杆的升降,确保运输部件在各路况运输时受到的冲击力不大于设定值,从而保证了运输部件完好无损。
