Different cores in the controller are used for calculating the required torque and the redundant torque respectively, torque abnormity monitoring is carried out, power output can be interrupted in the fault state that the calculated torque is too large abnormally, and the risk caused by further unexpected acceleration of the vehicle is avoided.
本发明公开了一种纯电动车扭矩异常监控方法及系统,车辆行驶过程中,车辆行驶过程中,实时获取车辆参数,确定车辆的驾驶模式,根据车辆参数及驾驶模式确定需求扭矩,根据车辆参数确定冗余扭矩,基于需求扭矩和冗余扭矩进行扭矩的异常监控,并确定最终的请求扭矩。本发明通过控制器中的不同核分别进行需求扭矩和冗余扭矩的计算,并进行扭矩异常监控,可以在计算扭矩有异常过大的故障状态下中断动力输出,避免车辆进一步非预期加速带来的风险。
