The invention provides a pure electric vehicle motor torque monitoring method and device and a storage medium. The pure electric vehicle motor torque monitoring method comprises the steps that S1, the three-phase voltage and the three-phase current of a motor, the motor resolver position and the whole vehicle required torque are obtained; S2, the three-phase voltage and the three-phase current are checked and corrected, and calculating is conducted to obtain an electric phase angle after equal-amplitude coordinate transformation; S3, the sum of the variable quantities of the electric phase angles in the fixed time period is obtained through calculation of the electric phase angles, the rotating speed of the motor is calculated, the average power of the motor in the fixed time period is calculated, and the actual torque estimated value of the motor is obtained; S4, motor torque fault judgment is carried out; and S5, torque fault processing is conducted: the three-phase full-bridge circuit is controlled to enter an active short-circuit state, and unexpected acceleration and deceleration of the whole vehicle caused by abnormal torque output of a motor system are prevented. According to the method, the torque is accurately estimated, and faults are judged and processed, so that unexpected acceleration and deceleration of the vehicle are avoided, and the safety of the vehicle in the running process is ensured.

    本发明提出一种纯电动车电机转矩监控方法、装置及存储介质,包括步骤S1:获取电机的三相电压、三相电流、电机旋变位置以及整车需求转矩;S2:对三相电压、三相电流进行校验与修正,经过等幅值坐标变换后计算获得电相位角;S3:通过电相位角计算获得固定时间段内电相位角变化量之和,计算出电机转速,并计算固定时间段内的电机平均功率,获得电机实际转矩估算值;S4:电机转矩故障判断;S5:转矩故障处理:控制三相全桥电路进入主动短路状态,防止电机系统异常转矩输出导致的整车非预期加、减速。本发明通过对转矩精确的估算、故障判断与处理,从而避免车辆产生非预期加、减速,确保车辆行驶过程的安全。
