The invention provides a torque derating control method and device for a permanent magnet synchronous motor. The torque derating control method comprises the steps of collecting a current rotating speed of a target permanent magnet synchronous motor; according to the motor rotation direction indicated by the current rotation speed, a torque derating strategy corresponding to the current rotation speed is determined, the torque derating strategy indicates a plurality of torque derating stages, and different torque derating stages correspond to different derating slopes; determining a target torque derating stage of the current rotating speed according to the current rotating speed and a torque derating strategy corresponding to the current rotating speed; according to the target torque derating stage, determining a target derating slope corresponding to the target torque derating stage; and controlling the output torque of the target permanent magnet synchronous motor to derated according to the target derating slope. The torque derating of different speed degrees is carried out according to the actual overspeed condition of the motor, and the protection effect of the permanent magnet synchronous motor on the motor when the permanent magnet synchronous motor is applied to different overspeed working conditions is improved.

    本申请提供了一种永磁同步电机的扭矩降额控制方法及装置,包括:采集目标永磁同步电机的当前转速;根据当前转速所指示的电机旋转方向,确定与当前转速对应的扭矩降额策略,扭矩降额策略指示多个扭矩降额阶段,不同扭矩降额阶段对应不同降额斜率;按照当前转速和当前转速对应的扭矩降额策略,确定当前转速所处的目标扭矩降额阶段;根据目标扭矩降额阶段,确定目标扭矩降额阶段对应的目标降额斜率;控制目标永磁同步电机的输出扭矩以目标降额斜率进行降额。本申请通过电机实际的超速情况进行不同快慢程度的扭矩降额,提高永磁同步电机在应用于不同超速工况下对电机的保护效果。
