The invention discloses a method for judging the overall stability of an automobile crane. The method comprises the following steps: calculating a critical pressure difference Smin of a to-be-analyzed automobile crane in a stable working state in a theoretical state; the method comprises the following steps: detecting pressure values of four support legs of the to-be-analyzed automobile crane in real time by using a pressure sensor, calculating an absolute value S1 of a pressure difference between a support leg A and a support leg C and an absolute value S2 of a pressure difference between a support leg B and a support leg D, and taking a maximum value S of the two values as follows: S = max (S1, S2); s represents the maximum value of the pressure difference borne by the two supporting legs, located at the diagonal positions, of the to-be-analyzed automobile crane in the actual working state; when it is monitored that the value of the maximum value S is larger than Smin or the pressure borne by any supporting leg is zero, an operation stop warning is sent out to the to-be-analyzed automobile crane.

    本说明书公开一种汽车起重机整机稳定性的判别方法,包括:计算待分析的汽车起重机在理论状态下处于稳定工作状态的临界压力差Smin;利用压力传感器实时检测待分析的汽车起重机的四个支腿的压力值,并计算支腿A和支腿C的压力差的绝对值S1,支腿B和支腿D的压力差的绝对值S2,取二者的最大值S=max(S1,S2);S表示待分析的汽车起重机在实际工作状态下处于对角线位置的两个支腿受到的压力差的最大值;当监测到最大值S的数值大于Smin或者任一支腿所受的压力为零时对待分析的汽车起重机发出停止作业警告。
