The invention discloses a novel self-adaptive guide device of a half-height platform door system. The guide device comprises a first guide profile, a second guide profile, an upper guide wheel assembly, a lower guide wheel assembly and a door frame, the first guide profile and the second guide profile are distributed side by side, a gap is formed between the first guide profile and the second guide profile, the door frame is connected to the second guide profile in a sliding mode, and the upper guide wheel assembly and the lower guide wheel assembly are installed on the door frame. The upper guide wheel assembly abuts against the upper surface of the first guide sectional material, and the lower guide wheel assembly penetrates through the gap and abuts against the lower surface of the first guide sectional material to form vertical clamping force, so that the door frame can move in the length direction of the second guide sectional material. Accurate guiding of the door frame in the length direction of the second guiding profile is achieved, and the problem that a traditional linear guide rail possibly deviates or shakes is effectively solved; in addition, the stable guiding performance can be kept in various application scenes; in addition, the difficulty and the cost of equipment maintenance are reduced.

    本发明公开了一种新型半高站台门系统的自适应导向装置;所述导向装置,包括:第一导向型材、第二导向型材、上导轮组件、下导轮组件及门框架,第一导向型材和第二导向型材并排分布且两者之间设有间隙,门框架滑动连接于第二导向型材,上导轮组件和下导轮组件安装于门框架,上导轮组件抵接于第一导向型材的上表面,且下导轮组件穿过间隙并抵接于第一导向型材的下表面,以形成上下夹紧力,使得门框架可沿着第二导向型材的长度方向运动。本发明实现了门框架沿着第二导向型材长度方向的精确导向,有效避免了传统直线导轨可能存在的偏移或晃动问题;另外,在多种应用场景下都能保持稳定的导向性能;另外,还降低了设备维护的难度和成本。
