The invention discloses a guide rail base with a self-adaptive height. The guide rail base comprises a guide rail base body, the guide rail base body comprises a trigger device, an upper base body, a connecting rod, automatic limiting devices and a lower base body, the trigger device is arranged above the upper base body, and the automatic limiting devices are located on the two sides of the upper base body. The trigger device is connected with the automatic limiting device through the connecting rod, and the upper base body is sleeved with the lower base body. A traditional guide rail base design is subverted by adopting a self-adaptive height technology, the whole use process does not need to regularly adjust the height by personnel like a traditional technology, the whole process is fully automatically adjusted, and the technical leap from manual operation to automatic adjustment is realized; and compared with the traditional technology, convenience is greatly improved, safety and reliability are achieved, and labor cost is greatly saved.
