The invention provides a split compound brake device, a disassembly and assembly method thereof and a railway vehicle, the split compound brake device comprises a shell main body, a mandrel, a split static disc, a split movable disc and an actuator, and a plurality of guide parts are respectively constructed in the axial direction of the shell main body; the mandrel is configured in the shell main body, and a disc hub with an axial spline is arranged on the mandrel; the split static disc is matched with the guide part and is suitable for sliding along the guide part; the split type movable disc and the split type static disc are matched to form a friction pair and are configured to slide in the axial direction of the disc hub. The actuators are arranged at the two ends of the shell body and are configured to drive the split type static disc and the split type movable disc to extrude and brake each other. The split type movable discs and the split type static discs are matched to form friction pairs, so that the number of the friction pairs can be increased by increasing the number during connection, then the braking force can be adjusted, the braking force does not need to be adjusted by configuring a plurality of brake discs and clamps, and structure simplification and light weight of the bogie are facilitated.

    本发明提供一种分体复式制动装置及其拆装方法、轨道车辆,包括外壳主体、心轴、分体式静盘、分体式动盘以及作动器,外壳主体的轴向分别构造有多个导向部;心轴以配置在外壳主体内,在心轴上装设具有轴向花键的盘毂;分体式静盘与导向部配合并适于沿导向部滑动;分体式动盘与分体式静盘配合形成摩擦副,并配置为能够沿盘毂轴向滑动;作动器配置在外壳主体两端,作动器配置为驱动分体式静盘和分体式动盘相互挤压制动。分体式动盘和分体式静盘配合形成摩擦副,使得在连接时可通过增加数量的方式来提升摩擦副数量,进而能够调整制动力,不需要通过配置多个制动盘和夹钳的方式来调节制动力,便于转向架简化结构和轻量化。
