The invention discloses a climbing robot climbing arm and a using method thereof.The climbing robot climbing arm comprises a climbing robot mechanism and a convenient assembling mechanism, the convenient assembling mechanism is fixedly connected to the top of the climbing robot mechanism and comprises a connecting plate, and the top of the connecting plate is movably connected with a rotating rod through a bearing; the surface of the rotating rod is sleeved with a disc, the front side and the rear side of the top of the disc are movably connected with connecting rods through sliding pins, the sides, away from the disc, of the connecting rods are movably connected with pin shafts through rotating shafts, the outer sides of the pin shafts are fixedly connected with battens, and the bottoms of the battens are slidably connected with the connecting plates. According to the climbing arm of the climbing robot, the traditional mode that a base plate and a machine body are connected through multiple bolts is changed, the clamping plates are directly clamped in the climbing arm assembly, single pieces do not need to be connected in sequence, the overall consumed time is not long, and the assembling convenience is not affected.

    本发明公开了一种攀爬机器人攀爬臂及其使用方法,包括攀爬机器人机构,便捷组装机构,所述便捷组装机构固定连接在攀爬机器人机构的顶部,所述便捷组装机构包括连接板,所述连接板的顶部通过轴承活动连接有转杆,所述转杆的表面套接有圆盘,所述圆盘顶部的前侧与后侧均通过滑销活动连接有连接杆,所述连接杆远离圆盘的一侧通过转轴活动连接有销轴,所述销轴的外侧固定连接有条板,所述条板的底部与连接板滑动连接。本发明攀爬机器人攀爬臂改变了传统多颗螺栓将底盘与机体连接的方式,采用了卡板直接卡接在攀爬臂组件的内部,就不需要单颗依次连接,整体的消耗时间也不会较久,更不会影响组装的便捷性。
