The invention discloses an automobile energy management control method, system and device and a storage medium. The method comprises the steps that the current rated demand power of a target vehicle and the preset upper limit loading power of a fuel cell in the target vehicle are obtained; comparing the current rated demand power with the preset upper limit loading power to obtain a comparison result; based on the comparison result, a target energy management strategy is determined to be matched from multiple preset energy management strategies, and the multiple preset energy management strategies comprise a power following strategy and a stepped strategy; and controlling the battery loading power corresponding to the target vehicle based on the target energy management strategy. Based on the comparison result of the current rated demand power of the vehicle and the preset upper limit power of the fuel cell in the vehicle, the vehicle energy management strategy is dynamically adjusted, and the economy of the whole vehicle is improved while the service life of the fuel cell is protected.
