The invention provides a shock absorber seat and a vehicle. The shock absorber base comprises a shock absorption tower body and a connecting wall. The damping tower body and the connecting walls are integrally cast and formed. The damping tower body comprises a middle boss, a transition part extending outwards from the bottom of the middle boss and a supporting wall located below the transition part. The middle boss comprises a top plate and an annular peripheral wall connected with the top plate. A cavity is formed in the shock absorption tower body, a reinforcing wall further protruding downwards from the annular peripheral wall is arranged in the cavity, and a transition channel is formed by the reinforcing wall and the transition part. The shock absorber base is integrally cast and formed, the structure is simple, meanwhile, stress transmitted to the shock absorption tower body can be effectively dispersed, resonance at a wheel cover is reduced, and the overall torsional rigidity of a vehicle body is improved.
