And the underwater operation robot device is used for submarine cable maintenance and docking tasks. The device comprises a carrier frame, and a floating box is arranged at the top of the carrier frame and used for guaranteeing the stability of the carrier frame; a hydraulic pump station, a pressure-resistant protective shell, a support steering wheel and a lighting system are mounted on a horizontal plate of the carrier frame, and the support steering wheel is tightly sleeved with the pressure-resistant protective shell; a double-operation manipulator device is mounted on the right side of a bottom plate of the carrier frame and comprises a mechanical arm I and a mechanical arm II; the lighting system is arranged between the mechanical arm I and the mechanical arm II; a hydraulic pump station is arranged on the left side of the horizontal plate and connected with an oil cylinder to provide lubrication for a mechanical device. The carrier frame is further provided with a power propelling device. According to the underwater operation robot, the deepwater submarine pipeline tie-back task can be completed, flexible underwater operation can be achieved through six-degree-of-freedom movement, and manual underwater operation is not needed.

    用于海底电缆维护和对接任务的水下作业机器人装置。本发明组成包括:载体框架,所述载体框架顶部设有浮箱,用于保证载体框架稳定;所述载体框架的水平板上安装有液压泵站、耐压保护壳、支座舵盘和照明系统,所述耐压保护壳紧套在所述支座舵盘外部;所述的载体框架的底板右侧安装有双作业机械手装置,所述双作业机械手装置包括Ⅰ号机械臂和Ⅱ号机械臂;所述Ⅰ号机械臂和所述Ⅱ号机械臂中间具有所述照明系统;所述水平板左侧具有液压泵站,所述液压泵站与油缸连接,为机械装置提供润滑;所述载体框架上还安装有动力推进装置。本发明水下作业机器人能够完成深水海底管道回接任务,通过六自由度运动可以实现灵活水下作业,无需人力下水作业。
