The invention discloses an electric vehicle thermal management system which comprises a refrigerant management module, a passenger compartment thermal management module, a battery pack thermal management module, an electric drive thermal management module and a low-temperature radiator module, wherein the passenger compartment thermal management module, the battery pack thermal management module, the electric drive thermal management module and the low-temperature radiator module are communicated with a twelve-way valve. The refrigerant management module is provided with a hot gas bypass branch, the hot gas bypass branch is provided with an electromagnetic valve with the opening degree capable of being controlled, and connection or disconnection between the refrigerant module and the passenger compartment heat management module, the battery pack heat management module, the electric drive heat management module and the low-temperature radiator module and the working mode of the refrigerant management module are completed by combining a twelve-way valve. High integration of an electric automobile heat management system can be achieved, normal work of a heat pump under the extremely low temperature working condition is guaranteed, the heating capacity is improved, and the problem that a compressor is frequently started and stopped during refrigeration is solved. The invention further provides a control method of the electric vehicle thermal management system.

    本发明公开了一种电动汽车整车热管理系统,包括:冷媒管理模块以及分别与十二通阀连通的乘员舱热管理模块、电池包热管理模块、电驱热管理模块以及低温散热器模块。冷媒管理模块设有热气旁通支路,热气旁通支路上设置有可控制开度的电磁阀,结合十二通阀完成对冷媒模块与乘员舱热管理模块、电池包热管理模块、电驱热管理模块以及低温散热器模块连通或断开及冷媒管理模块工作模式,可实现对电动汽车热管理系统的高度集成化,保障极低温工况热泵正常工作、制热能力的提高并解决制冷时压缩机频繁启停的问题。本发明还提供一种电动汽车整车热管理系统的控制方法。
