The invention provides a coated low-thermal-conductivity composite material sealing structure as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The coated low-thermal-conductivity composite material sealing structure comprises a composite structure formed by stacking multiple layers of composite units, each layer of composite unit comprises inorganic fiber cotton, high-temperature silicone rubber and a corrugated metal rebound plate which are sequentially stacked, and high-temperature fiber cloth is coated and sewn outside the composite structure. The coated low-heat-conductivity composite material sealing structure has good sealing performance, high-temperature resistance, low heat conductivity and rebound resilience.

    本发明提供了一种包覆式低热导率复合材料密封结构及其制备方法和应用。本发明的包覆式低热导率复合材料密封结构包括由多层复合单元堆叠形成的复合结构,每层复合单元包括依次堆叠的无机纤维棉、高温硅橡胶和波纹金属回弹板,在复合结构的外部包覆缝合有高温纤维布。本发明的包覆式低热导率复合材料密封结构兼具良好的密封性能、耐高温性能、低热导率和回弹性能。
