The invention belongs to the field of shield tunneling machine construction, and particularly relates to a narrow vertical shaft shield tunneling machine hoisting method, which comprises the overall hoisting procedures of crawler crane in-place, starting frame, locomotive head, 6 # trailer, 5 # trailer, 4 # trailer, 3 # trailer, 2 # trailer, 1 # trailer, equipment bridge, screw conveyer, middle shield, front shield, erector, tail shield and cutter head. The main machine assembly step of the shield tunneling machine comprises the steps of assembly of a middle shield and a front shield, assembly of the front shield and a cutter head, assembly of a spiral conveyor, assembly of a tail shield, assembly of an equipment bridge and connection of a rear matching device and a main machine. According to the invention, the descending sequence of each shield body is reasonably arranged, so that the shield body pushing oil cylinders are pushed for five times and reversed for two times in the whole process; according to the method, the shield body is translated on the launching platform, on the basis that the position precision is guaranteed, the translating frequency and length of the shield body on the launching platform are reduced, the convenience of shield body translating operation is improved, the construction efficiency is improved, and meanwhile the potential safety hazards on site are effectively reduced.

    本发明属于盾构机施工领域,具体涉及一种窄竖井盾构机吊装方法,吊装的总体工序为履带吊就位→始发架→机车头→6#拖车→5#拖车→4#拖车→3#拖车→2#拖车→1#拖车→设备桥→螺旋输送机→中盾→前盾→拼装机→尾盾→刀盘;盾构机主机组装步骤为:中盾与前盾的组装→前盾与刀盘的组装→螺旋输送机的组装→尾盾的组装→设备桥的组装→后配套与主机的连接;本发明通过合理的安排各盾体的下井顺序,使得在整个过程中,盾体推移油缸进行了5次推动,两次换向;本发明在始发台平移盾体,在保证位置精度的基础上,减少了始发台上盾体的平移次数和长度,提升了盾体平移作业的简便性,提高了施工效率,同时有效的减小了现场安全隐患。
