The invention discloses a shield tunneling machine disassembling and hoisting method which comprises the steps that a shield tunneling machine is disassembled into multiple components, and the multiple components comprise a cutterhead, a shield tail, an erector, a middle shield, a front shield, a connecting bridge and a trolley; the cutter head, the shield tail, the erector, the middle shield, the front shield, the connecting bridge and the trolley are sequentially hoisted by a crane; in the process of hoisting the multiple components, each component is hoisted 200-300 mm away from the ground, and after the components hover in the air for 120-180 s, the steel wire rope, the shackle and the hoisting rope are checked; when the steel wire rope and the shackle do not displace, all sections of the steel wire rope are tightened uniformly, the outer surface of the lifting rope is free of cracks, and the lifting rope continues to be lifted and conveyed to a preset position; if the hoisting height is too high, the steel wire rope slides off, the shield tunneling machine falls from a higher position, so that the shield tunneling machine is damaged, and the inspection range is limited due to the fact that the distance from the ground is too low; the hovering time of the component in the air is not easy to be too long, and the potential safety hazard of hoisting equipment is found in time in the hoisting process under the condition that the shield tunneling machine is not damaged in hovering operation inspection.

    本发明公开一种盾构机拆解吊装方法,其中,将盾构机拆解为多个构件,所述多个构件包括刀盘、盾尾、拼装机、中盾、前盾、连接桥以及台车;采用吊车依次吊运刀盘、盾尾、拼装机、中盾、前盾、连接桥以及台车;在吊运多个构件中,每个构件起吊离地200~300mm,构件悬停在空中120~180s后,对钢丝绳、卸扣以及吊绳进行检查;当钢丝绳与卸扣没有发生位移、钢丝绳的各个分段绷紧均匀以及吊绳外表面无裂痕,继续起吊,运送至预设位置;如果起吊太高,发现钢丝绳滑落,盾构机从较高处下落,从而损坏盾构机,离地太低又会导致检查范围有限;构件在空中悬停时间也不易过长,悬停作业检查在不损坏盾构机的情况下,在吊装过程中及时发现吊装设备的安全隐患。
