Comprising an alignment tool arranged at the bottom of the prefabricated column, the alignment tool can support and limit the prefabricated column in the process that the prefabricated column is hoisted from a horizontal state to a vertical state, the hoisting process of the prefabricated column is stable, loads are evenly distributed in the alignment tool, and bending of a main rib at the bottom of the prefabricated column is prevented. The two ends of the lifting beam tool are clamped to the front side face and the rear side face of the prefabricated column through the lifting lug side clamping pieces correspondingly, the lifting beam tool can be limited, and overall left-right sliding or overturning is avoided. The balance tool is used for limiting the position of the steel wire rope, it is guaranteed that the steel wire rope is located in the center of the prefabricated column in the hoisting and hoisting process, the steel wire rope is prevented from shaking in the prefabricated column, and hoisting stability and rapidness are guaranteed. The mounting speed of the prefabricated column can be effectively increased through the synergistic effect of the three parts, and other hoisting tools are not needed.

    本发明提供一种用于SPCS预制柱起吊及安装的组合装置及施工方法,涉及装配式结构组装技术领域;包括:辅正工装,设置于预制柱的底部,预制柱由水平状态起吊至竖直状态的过程中,辅正工装能够支撑和限位预制柱,预制柱吊装过程稳定,且载荷均匀分布到辅正工装中,有利于防止预制柱底部主筋弯折。吊梁工装两端通过吊耳侧卡件分别卡在预制柱的前后两侧面,能够对吊梁工装进行限位,避免整体左右滑动或翻转。平衡工装用于限位钢丝绳的位置,保证钢丝绳在起吊、吊运过程中位于预制柱的中心位置,防止钢丝绳在预制柱内部晃动,保证吊装稳定性和快捷性。通过三者协同作用能够有效提高预制柱的安装速度,无需再使用其他吊运工具。
