The invention relates to a large prefabricated column hoisting method. The method comprises the following steps of prefabricating a large column on a construction site, prefabricating posture adjusting holes and a hoisting hole at proper positions, turning over the column through the posture adjusting holes after the column is poured, hoisting the column through the hoisting hole, and adjusting the height, the angle and the position of the column under the assistance of the posture adjusting holes. A plurality of posture adjusting lifting appliances can effectively reduce the stress of a stress point and prevent the column from being broken and damaged in the turnover and posture adjusting process. In the hoisting process, the column is hoisted through the lifting appliance, the posture ofthe column is adjusted through assistance of the posture adjusting lifting appliances in the hoisting process, the posture of the column can be adjusted rapidly and accurately, and the column and aninstallation point can be installed and fixed in place after one-time butt joint. According to the method, the hoisting time of the column can be greatly shortened, the risk in the hoisting process isreduced, the column does not need to be disassembled, and the structural strength of the column is not affected.

    本发明涉及一种大型预制柱体吊装方法,在施工现场预制大型柱体,并在合适的位置预制出姿态调整孔和吊装孔,柱体浇筑完毕后,通过姿态调整孔对柱体进行翻面,然后通过吊装孔对柱体进行起吊,并通过姿态调整孔协助调整柱体的高度、角度以及位置。多个姿态调整吊具能够有效降低受力点的应力大小,防止柱体在翻面和姿态调整过程中出现断裂破坏的状况。在吊装过程中通过吊装吊具对柱体进行起吊,起吊过程中由姿态调整吊具辅助调节其姿态,能够快速准确的调节其姿态,柱体和安装点一次对接后便可安装固定到位。本发明能够大大缩短柱体的吊装时间,降低吊装过程中的风险,且不需要拆分柱体,能够保证柱体的结构强度不受影响。
