The invention discloses an underground road emergency collision self-adaptive handling system and method. The system comprises an emergency collision chamber (1), an automobile collision module (4), a video monitoring device (5), a fire extinguishing device (6) and a central processing device (8). The automobile collision module (4), the video monitoring device (5) and the fire extinguishing device (6) are all arranged in the emergency collision chamber (1), and the video monitoring device (5) and the fire extinguishing device (6) are electrically connected with the central processing device (8). The video monitoring device collects images or videos in the emergency collision room in real time and sends the images or videos to the data storage device for storage; the central processing device calls the images or videos of the data storage device to perform emergency collision detection; if emergency collision is detected, a starting signal is sent to the lifting isolation device, and the cylinder is lifted; meanwhile, the central processing device identifies the automobile type and the accident type, and a corresponding emergency scheme is adopted according to the identification result.

    本发明公开一种地下道路应急碰撞自适应处置系统及方法,包括应急碰撞室(1)、汽车撞击模块(4)、视频监测装置(5)、灭火装置(6)和中央处理装置(8);所述汽车撞击模块(4)、视频监测装置(5)、灭火装置(6)均设置在应急碰撞室(1)内,且视频监测装置(5)、灭火装置(6)和中央处理装置(8)电连接。视频监测装置实时采集应急碰撞室内的图像或视频,并发送到数据存储装置进行存储;中央处理装置调取数据存储装置的图像或视频,进行应急碰撞检测;若检测到应急碰撞,发出启动信号到升降隔离装置,将圆柱体升起;同时中央处理装置对汽车类型和事故类型进行识别,根据识别结果采取对应的应急方案。
