The arc grooves comprise the first arc groove formed in the tail end of the long edge of the base material and the second arc groove formed in the intersection position of the long edge and the short edge of the base material. By changing the original lifting ring type, the number of the lifting rings is reduced on the premise that operation is not affected, subsequent mounting work of redundant lifting rings is avoided, the welding workload is reduced, the mounting and dismounting efficiency is improved, and labor hour loss is reduced.
本发明公开了一种LNG船舷侧工艺孔分段吊环及其安装方法,该吊环包括:母材,为一倒“L”型板材。吊孔,设置在母材长边中心处。矩形吊孔,设置在母材短边上。圆弧槽,包括设置在母材长边末端的第一圆弧槽和设置在母材长边与短边交汇处的第二圆弧槽。本发明通过改变原有吊环类型,在不影响作业的前提下对吊环的数量进行缩减,避免多余吊环的后续安装工作,减少焊接的工作量,提高安装和拆除的效率,降低工时损耗。
