The invention discloses a segmented lifting type construction elevator mechanism and a segmented lifting method thereof. The segmented lifting type construction elevator mechanism comprises foundation embedded parts symmetrically arranged in a core tube shear wall, a steel platform detachably erected on the foundation embedded parts, steel corbels arranged between the foundation embedded parts and the steel platform in a supporting mode, and construction elevator standard joints detachably erected on the steel platform. A plurality of sets of foundation embedded parts are longitudinally distributed in the shear wall of a core tube body. The operation interval of a construction elevator is evenly segmented, a plurality of levels of erection foundations are arranged according to the segmented positions, and the level degree of the erection foundations is increased along with the height of the segmented positions. The construction elevator foundation is detachably erected on the erection foundation at the bottom segmented position. According to the construction progress, the construction elevator foundation is lifted up gradually from the first-level erection foundation to the upper-level erection foundation, and therefore the problem that horizontal structures can not be constructed due to the fact that the construction elevator occupies space in a core tube of a super high-rise building is solved.
