The invention discloses a segmented speed regulation device for electric forklift lifting. The segmented speed regulation device for electric forklift lifting comprises a quantitative oil pump and a lifting pipeline communicating with the quantitative oil pump, a multi-way valve is arranged between the quantitative oil pump and the lifting pipeline, the quantitative oil pump is connected with a pump motor used for driving the quantitative oil pump to operate, a pump motor controller is arranged on the pump motor, the pump motor controller is connected with a lifting speed regulation sensor and a lifting enabling switch, and the pump motor controller is connected with a battery. In full combination with an inherent flow curve of the multi-way valve when the rotating speed of the pump motor is regulated, when a gantry is lifted, the motor drives the oil pump to pump the real-time flow to the multi-way valve to be not higher than the passing flow of the multi-way valve, in the whole lifting process, especially during low-speed micro-motion, the hydraulic system does not overflow, the rotating speed of the motor is controlled by the flow required by lifting of the gantry and is lower than the control rotating speed of the motor in a traditional scheme, the noise of the motor is small, and the system is energy-saving.

    本发明公开了一种电动叉车起升分段调速装置,包括定量油泵以及与所述定量油泵连通的起升管路,所述定量油泵与所述起升管路之间设有多路阀,所述定量油泵连接有用于带动所述定量油泵运转的泵电机,所述泵电机上设有泵电机控制器,所述泵电机控制器连接有起升调速传感器、起升使能开关,所述泵电机控制器连接有电池,在调节泵电机转速时充分结合多路阀固有流量曲线,使门架起升时电机带动油泵泵给多路阀的实时流量不高于多路阀的通过流量,整个起升过程中,特别是低速微动时液压系统都不会出现溢流,电机转速受控于门架起升需求的流量,低于传统方案中电机的控制转速,电机噪音小,系统节能。
