    本发明公开了列车防爬器及设计方法,包括,安装板、支撑管、前吸能管、抵触板和吸能座,支撑管设置在安装板内,吸能座设置在支撑管一端,前吸能管设置在支撑管和吸能座内,抵触板设置在前吸能管一端,抵触板一侧设置有若干个防爬齿,前吸能管与支撑管相对应。本发明提供的列车防爬器,通过设置的支撑管、前吸能管和吸能座组成收缩式吸能结构,通过收缩式吸能结构在能够产生稳定的纵向变形,且收缩后的结构还能承受一定的弯矩,从而有效提高列车车辆在偏心碰撞和倾斜碰撞场景下列车车辆的耐撞性,通过设置的吸能座和前吸能管设置为小端管与大端管,使得在碰撞过程中,其前吸能管和吸能座圆锥面产生摩擦作用。
