At least one pair of lubricant holding grooves (122), which hold a lubricant (G) interposed between the rack bar (SD3) and the support surface (120A) and face each other in the longitudinal direction of the base, are disposed on the support surface (120A) so as to extend in the longitudinal direction of the base, which is orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the base, and so as to protrude away from each other in the longitudinal direction of the base. The apex (122B1) of the lubricant holding groove (122) in the longitudinal direction of the base is disposed in the contact region (120A1).
