The invention provides an in-shaft control five-degree-of-freedom anti-twisting device for a coaxial dual-rotor test bed. The device comprises an upper rotor control shaft, an upper rotor control shaft hollow pipe, an automatic inclinator moving ring, an automatic inclinator fixed ring, an actuator, an actuator support, a five-degree-of-freedom anti-twisting disc and a bearing support. Through the five-degree-of-freedom anti-twisting device, the motion of a non-rotating part in the in-shaft control system in the twisting direction is restrained in a limited space, meanwhile, other directions are free, and it is ensured that a control load cannot be transmitted to a test bed body through an anti-twisting mechanism; the invention provides an in-shaft control five-degree-of-freedom anti-twisting device for a coaxial dual-rotor test bed, which realizes the constraint of the motion in the twisting direction of an in-shaft control system, ensures that the control load is not transmitted to the test bed body through an anti-twisting mechanism, and ensures the accuracy and effectiveness of the measurement of the control load.
