The device is designed to face coaxial reverse rotation double rotor shafts and is composed of 16 hydraulic actuators of an inner rotor shaft loading assembly and an outer rotor shaft loading assembly, and through coordination control, static loading of a coaxial double rotor shaft load distribution test and a static strength test and dynamic loading of a fatigue test can be achieved; the test requirements under complex working conditions, double-shaft coupling/decoupling and different supporting layouts are met; the influence of a spline, a gear, a bearing and the like on a shaft is considered, and the defects of load condition application and inaccurate test results are overcome; the adjustable bearing supporting assembly is adopted, tests under different bearing layouts are achieved by adjusting the position of the bearing seat, the application range of the test device is expanded, meanwhile, parts are easy to machine and install, and the manufacturing cost is low.
本发明公开了一种共轴双旋翼轴耦合力学试验加载装置;属于直升机旋翼轴试验领域,包括试验台架、内旋翼轴加载组件、共轴双旋翼轴系统试验件、外旋翼轴加载组件及可调支承组件。本装置面向共轴反转双旋翼轴设计,由内外旋翼轴加载组件16个液压作动器组成,通过协调控制,可以实现共轴双旋翼轴载荷分配试验、静强度试验的静态加载以及疲劳试验的动态加载;满足复杂工况、双轴耦合/解耦、不同支承布局下的试验要求;考虑了轴上花键、齿轮、轴承等的影响,弥补了载荷条件施加和试验结果不准确的缺陷;采用可调的轴承支承组件,通过调节轴承座的位置,实现不同轴承布局下的试验,扩大了试验装置的适用范围,同时零件加工简单,易于安装,制造成本低。
