The positions of different charging ports can be identified, the shape and size information can be identified, reference is provided for selecting the matched charging gun, the identification speed is high, the accuracy is high, and it is guaranteed that the charging gun and the charging port are automatically and accurately connected in a follow-up mode. Meanwhile, secondary positioning of the charging port is carried out after the insertion gun is butted, so that whether the charging gun is inserted or not and whether the charging gun is inserted in place or not are detected, and reliability and safety of automatic charging are guaranteed.

    本发明提供了一种基于结构光定位的新能源车充电口定位方法及装置,涉及新能源自动充电技术领域,其中方法包括充电口一次定位和充电口二次定位。本发明结合3D结构光相机获取的充电口位置信息和深度学习识别模型对充电口识别输出的位置信息对充电口进行定位,可实现定位的准确性和可靠性,在环境恶劣的情况下也能保证充电口识别的准确性,且不仅能识别出不同充电口的位置,还能识别出形状和尺寸信息,为选择匹配的充电枪提供参考,识别速度较快,准确性高,保证后续自动将充电枪与充电口准确对接。同时,在对接插枪后还进行了充电口二次定位,以检测充电枪是否插入及插入是否到位,保证自动充电的可靠性和安全性。
