The invention relates to the technical field of power batteries, in particular to a battery cell anomaly detection method and device, a vehicle and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: identifying one or more battery cells of a power battery; calculating a target voltage ratio between the positive and negative poles in each battery cell and the outer aluminum shell of the power battery; and determining a target cell with an abnormal insulation state according to the target voltage ratio. Therefore, the problem of how to accurately detect the abnormal battery cell and avoid safety accidents caused by insulation failure is solved.
