The method comprises the steps that all first time sequence data of a first battery of a first vehicle in the one-time charging process are acquired; a first two-dimensional vector is determined according to the first time sequence data, the first two-dimensional vector comprises a first dimension and a second dimension, the numerical value of the first dimension is used for representing the probability that the first battery is normal, and the numerical value of the second dimension is used for representing the probability that the first battery is abnormal; when the value of the first dimension is greater than that of the second dimension, determining that the first battery is normal; and determining that the first battery is abnormal when the value of the first dimension is smaller than the value of the second dimension. In the embodiment of the invention, whether the battery is abnormal or not can be determined according to the charging current, the charging voltage, the residual electric quantity and the temperature of different charging durations in the single charging process of the battery, the abnormality detection of the battery does not need to be carried out based on all charging data of the battery, and the abnormality detection efficiency of the battery is improved.
