The invention relates to a control method of an electro-hydraulic combined type braking system for engineering machinery, the electro-hydraulic combined type braking system and the engineering machinery. The braking system comprises a braking control device, a hydraulic braking subsystem used for executing hydraulic braking operation and a braking energy recycling subsystem used for recycling braking energy, the braking energy recycling subsystem comprises a motor and a battery, and the control method comprises the steps that braking requirement data and braking force distribution data are obtained; determining a total expected braking force based on the acquired braking requirement data; based on the determined total expected braking force and the obtained braking force distribution data, hydraulic braking force applied by a hydraulic braking subsystem and recovery braking force applied by a braking energy recovery subsystem are determined; and the hydraulic braking subsystem is controlled to apply hydraulic braking force, and the motor is controlled to work in a generator mode to apply recovery braking force. The braking force distribution data includes at least a state of charge of the battery and an operating stroke of the brake actuation device.

    本发明涉及用于工程机械的电液复合式制动系统的控制方法、电液复合式制动系统及工程机械。制动系统包括制动操纵装置、用于执行液压式制动操作的液压制动子系统、以及用于回收制动能量的制动能量回收子系统,制动能量回收子系统包括电机和电池,控制方法包括:获取制动要求数据以及制动力分配数据;基于所获取的制动要求数据确定出总期望制动力;基于所确定的总期望制动力以及所获取的制动力分配数据,确定出由液压制动子系统施加的液压制动力以及由制动能量回收子系统施加的回收制动力;控制液压制动子系统以使之施加液压制动力,并控制电机以发电机模式工作以施加回收制动力。制动力分配数据至少包括电池的荷电状态和制动操纵装置的操作行程。
