The invention relates to the technical field of engineering machinery braking, in particular to an engineering machinery braking system which comprises a parking and auxiliary braking unit which comprises an electromagnetic valve, a parking braking air chamber, a gearbox brake, an automatic parking relay and a parking braking switch. A contact of the automatic parking relay and the input end of the parking brake switch are connected with the positive electrode of a power source, the output ends of the automatic parking relay and the parking brake switch are connected with the input end of an electromagnetic valve coil, the output end of the electromagnetic valve coil is grounded, and the input end and the output end of the automatic parking relay coil are connected with positive and negative electrode pins of the ECU respectively. The front end of the electromagnetic valve is connected with an air processing unit, and a parking brake chamber and a gearbox brake are sequentially connected behind the electromagnetic valve. When the electromagnetic valve is powered off, gas is transmitted from the front to the back; and when the electromagnetic valve is electrified, a gas path behind the electromagnetic valve is communicated with the atmosphere. The gearbox brake is simple in structure, braking and releasing of the gearbox brake can be achieved through the control unit, the failure safety of a braking system is guaranteed, and the operation safety of operators is improved.

    本发明涉及工程机械制动技术领域,具体是一种工程机械制动系统,包括停车与辅助制动单元,其包括电磁阀、驻车制动气室、变速箱制动器、自动驻车继电器和驻车制动开关,自动驻车继电器的触点和驻车制动开关的输入端皆连接电源正极、输出端皆连接电磁阀线圈的输入端,电磁阀线圈的输出端接地,自动驻车继电器线圈的输入端和输出端分别连接ECU的正负极针脚。电磁阀前端连接空气处理单元,电磁阀后方依次连接驻车制动气室和变速箱制动器。电磁阀断电时,气体自其前方向后方传递;电磁阀通电时,且其后方的气路连通大气。本发明结构简单,可通过控制单元实现变速箱制动器的制动和解除,保障了制动系统的失效安全性,提高了操作人员的作业安全。
