The invention discloses a road plane intersection traffic operation evaluation method, which comprises the following steps: carrying out data acquisition on an intersection, and obtaining traffic mode classification of the intersection and the flow, average delay and average passenger carrying coefficient of each traffic mode; according to the flow and the average passenger carrying coefficient of each traffic mode, calculating the standard passenger flow of each traffic mode and the standard total passenger flow of the intersection; setting a priority level coefficient of each traffic mode, and calculating the total delay of the standard people at the intersection based on the priority level coefficient; and based on the intersection standard person total flow and the intersection standard person total delay, calculating the intersection standard person average delay, and performing grade evaluation on the intersection traffic operation level according to the intersection standard person average delay. The invention also discloses a road plane intersection traffic operation evaluation system. According to the method, the technical problem of how to quantitatively evaluate the urban road plane intersection on the basis of the traffic mode priority level coefficient integrity is solved.

    本发明公开了一种道路平面交叉口交通运行评价方法,包括以下步骤:对交叉口进行数据采集,获取交叉口交通方式分类、以及各交通方式的流量、平均延误和平均载客系数;根据各交通方式的流量和平均载客系数,计算各交通方式的标准人流量和交叉口标准人总流量;设置各交通方式的优先等级系数,并基于所述优先等级系数计算交叉口标准人总延误;基于交叉口标准人总流量和交叉口标准人总延误,计算交叉口标准人平均延误,并根据交叉口标准人平均延误对交叉口交通运行水平进行等级评价。本发明还公开了一种道路平面交叉口交通运行评价系统。本发明解决了如何基于交通方式优先等级系数整体性量化评估城市道路平面交叉口的技术问题。
