The invention discloses an anti-shaking device for an elevator traction steel wire rope. The anti-shaking device comprises an auxiliary traction system, a lift car side anti-shaking device and a counterweight side anti-shaking device. The auxiliary traction system comprises an auxiliary traction wheel, an auxiliary guide wheel and an anti-shaking device traction rope. The anti-shaking device hoisting rope is hung on the auxiliary traction wheel and the auxiliary guide wheel, one end of the anti-shaking device hoisting rope is connected with the lift car side anti-shaking device, and the other end of the anti-shaking device hoisting rope is connected with the counterweight side anti-shaking device; the auxiliary traction wheel is driven by an elevator traction machine to drive the lift car side anti-shaking device and the counterweight side anti-shaking device to ascend and descend in an elevator hoistway through the anti-shaking device traction rope. The lift car side anti-shaking device is arranged on the lift car side and guided by a lift car side guide rail, and the running direction of the lift car side anti-shaking device is the same as that of a lift car. The lift car side anti-shaking device is always located at the 1/2 position between the lift car and the top layer and used for limiting the shaking range of a traction steel wire rope on the upper portion of the lift car. The counterweight side anti-shaking device is arranged on the counterweight side and guided by a counterweight side guide rail, and the running direction of the counterweight side anti-shaking device is the same as that of a counterweight. The counterweight side anti-shaking device is always located at the 1/2 position between the counterweight and the top layer and used for limiting the shaking range of a traction steel wire rope on the upper portion of the counterweight.
